I found Booths fitness on a local Facebook group and I’m really glad I did. I hadn’t taken part in anything fitness wise for years but really needed to as I was sluggish and depressed but also struggling with back pain.

Initially, I was so nervous at just getting in touch and meeting with Paul but I needn’t have been. He was professional but at the same time made me feel comfortable and at ease during the consultation.

Paul has been great in helping me lose weight, get fitter, feel better about myself and reduce back pain. Paul makes tiring yet fun and I always come out of each session with a smile on my face.

I have found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable in nutrition as well as fitness which has been really helpful.

The time and care Paul puts into the 1-2-1 sessions is clearly visible and the home workout videos available on the Booths fitness app are always great too. I’m really grateful of Paul’s help!

I’ve just finished my first 4 weeks training with Paul and I’m absolutely loving it! He makes my sessions challenging but fun - perfect for me. He encourages feedback on all sessions and acts on that feedback to improve the workouts for me.
I’m 54 and have always enjoyed staying in shape but have been struggling a bit in the last few years with recurrent injuries, some illness and some stress issues. I couldn’t seem to motivate myself anymore.

Ive been with Booth Fitness for 4 weeks now. Working with paul once a week in his studio and 2 other session online i have noticed my fitness levels have improved and with things opening up again ive managed to indulge and still loose weight. With the Easy to use app its easy tracking what you eat and to follow the workouts. Paul is easy to talk to and any problems with fitness of dietry requirements he will try to addapt them to you.

Paul is brilliant and I can really highly recommend him to anyone who wants to change their fitness and health. I've been working with Paul who's done tailored nutrition and exercise and I am fitter, more mobile and lighter than I've ever been (and I started as a couch potato). Paul is motivational and looks for ways to get you to do (eating and exercise) things you enjoy so that changes become a habit and a lifestyle - so once you get healthier you stay that way! Paul is also good at giving you a nudge and keeping you motivated (as well as being a top bloke - sometime we chat longer than we workout). If you want to be healthier, fitter or lose weight and you are happy to really get stuck in and commit to giving it a go - give Paul a shout! Go on, you know you want to!

I am 67 and have tried practically everything going to get fit/ lose weight. Sometimes it worked but then it wouldn’t be long before the weight came back on and more. After seeing Paul’s blog and looking at all his information I decided to contact him to ask advice on how to change my lifestyle as I am obese and have diabetes type 2, asthma and other health problems. After several conversations it was decided I would work on healthier eating and very light excercising such as walking to the end of the road and back. It’s early days only two weeks and I’ve already lost 2lb in the first week and looking like it will be the same this week. I feel full, drink lots of water and juice and enjoy my meals. Paul’s fab, he takes time to listen to you, what you like/dislike & caters your workouts around you, nothing is too much trouble, he’s always on the end of the phone when you need him & he encourages you every step, I hate exercise but now look forward to my sessions with Paul.
