Meet Paul​

My name is Paul Booth and I am a advanced personal trainer specialising in Weightloss and Nutrition. ​To my mind, a personal trainer is a coach, a person who is your friend, and someone who cares about you.​ Through years of concentrated learning and focus, I can share with you new approaches that will start to immediately transform your performance and get results in a matter of weeks. All that matters to me is that you have the right attitude and that you are 100% committed to improving yourself. I will take care of the rest, teaching you everything you need to know, and showing you exactly what to do. I will provide you with a step-by-step road map that is guaranteed to get you the results you want.

I provide four weekly expert one-two-one personal training and body transformation packages that are solely designed for clients who are wanting to lose weight. I am committed to working with people like you who want to improve their overall health and fitness.

I want to show people how to get the most out of the effort they put in, how they can fit diet and exercise into their lives and how even simple changes (the right simple changes) can bring about significant results.

My role is to help people look, feel and perform at their best. My approach and ethos is based on changing habits and instilling behaviours to create sustainable results.

Training during and after pregnancy can be mentally and physically exhausting, so you need the expert attention of Booths Fitness to gently guide you to long-term fitness.
 
I'm experienced in pre and post-natal training, helping a range of clients maintain fitness and recovery throughout their pregnancies.

Recovering from an injury can be a challenging experience that can lead to low motivation and difficultly getting back into exercise and going about daily tasks.
At Booths Fitness, I specialise in exercise-based rehabilitation that is sure to get you back on your feet in no time. I'm happy to look into any injury, ache, or pain.

I create and deliver bespoke exercise based recovery plans.
 
I want you to recover as quickly and effectively as possible. My injury rehabilitation program will not only aim to improve your injury but also decrease the risk of further injury in the future.
