I provide four weekly expert one-two-one personal training and body transformation packages that are solely designed for clients who are wanting to lose weight. I am committed to working with people like you who want to improve their overall health and fitness.

I want to show people how to get the most out of the effort they put in, how they can fit diet and exercise into their lives and how even simple changes (the right simple changes) can bring about significant results.

My role is to help people look, feel and perform at their best. My approach and ethos is based on changing habits and instilling behaviours to create sustainable results.

The main reason that you should consider working with me is that I am consciously results orientated and everything that I do is about working with you to set realistic and achievable targets that will challenge you but also be very rewarding to you when you meet them.

I will work with you from day one to first identify your specific goals and targets, but also to learn as much as I can about your specific preferences, your exercise history, and the reasons why you want to make a definitive change in your level of health and fitness.

I will tailor a training program to your specific goals and get the results that you are seeking no matter what. I make sure that each and every one of your workouts is as productive and satisfying as possible, this keeps you more driven and motivated to push yourself further than you ever thought possible.

Paul Booth

My name is Paul Booth and I am Personal trainer specialise solely in Weightloss and Nutrition.

To my mind, a personal trainer is a coach, a person who is your friend, and someone who cares about you.

Through years of concentrated learning and focus, I can share with you new approaches that will start to immediately transform your performance and get results in a matter of weeks.

All that matters to me is that you have the right attitude and that you are 100% committed to improving yourself. I will take care of the rest, teaching you everything you need to know, and showing you exactly what to do.
