Online Personal Training
Can’t get to me in person? No problem—I can train you from anywhere! With online personal training, we’ll work together using tailored workout plans that suit your space, equipment, and goals. Whether you prefer bodyweight workouts at home, routines with dumbbells or resistance bands, or structured sessions to follow in the gym, I’ll design a plan that keeps you challenged and progressing. You’ll also have ongoing check-ins and motivation to make sure you stay on track, no matter where you are.
Beatbodi Live
BeatBodi is my music-fuelled, low-impact fitness class designed to get you moving, sweating, and smiling! Every session is packed with energy, fun routines, and easy-to-follow moves that strengthen joints, burn fat, and boost your mood. Perfect for all fitness levels, BeatBodi brings the community together to move to the beat in a supportive, feel-good atmosphere. Come join a live class near you—you’ll leave feeling stronger, fitter, and full of energy.
