Meet Paul

Hi, I’m Paul — founder of Booths Fitness and creator of BeatBodi.

My goal is simple: to help people enjoy exercise, feel better in themselves, and become fitter, stronger and more confident.

I work with men and women across Brompton on Swale, Richmond, Catterick, Tunstall and the surrounding North Yorkshire area through Personal Training, BeatBodi, and TC30.

Whether you’re a beginner, returning to exercise, or looking for a friendly place to improve your fitness, I want Booths Fitness to feel welcoming, supportive and enjoyable from the moment you start.
