Meet the Trainer
Hi, I’m Paul Booth.
I’m a Gulf War veteran, former Police Detective, and now a Personal Trainer helping people reclaim their health, strength, and confidence.
After years in high-pressure jobs, my own body and mind started to break down with burnout, arthritis, and anxiety. Fitness helped me rebuild—and now I help others do the same.

Training Styles and Specialities
We specialise in low-impact, joint-friendly fitness that delivers results without leaving you broken or burnt out. Our methods include:
Personalised strength training to build lean muscle and boost metabolism.
Fat-burning cardio techniques adapted to all levels.
BeatBodi workouts – fun, music-driven classes that combine walking, stepping, stretching, and dancing for maximum calorie burn while strengthening joints.
On-demand training for those who prefer to exercise at home but still want guided, structured sessions.
Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve mobility, or just feel healthier, we’ve got a method that will work for you.

Client Success Stories
One client came to us feeling out of shape and struggling with motivation. After just 12 weeks of structured personal training combined with BeatBodi sessions, they not only lost over a stone in weight but also felt stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever before.
Another client joined our BeatBodi classes after avoiding exercise for years due to joint pain. By sticking with low-impact, high-results training, they built up strength, lost inches, and now exercise regularly without discomfort.
These are just two examples of how the right training approach can transform both body and mindset.

Finding the Right Trainer for You
The best trainer isn’t the one with the fanciest gym or the biggest social media following—it’s the one who understands your needs, your lifestyle, and your starting point. Look for a trainer who listens, adapts to you, and makes fitness sustainable rather than overwhelming.
We always start by getting to know you and your goals, then build a plan that works with your body, not against it. Fitness should feel like progress, not punishment.
