What Is BeatBodi?

BeatBodi is a fun, low-impact fitness class where we move to great music using easy-to-follow aerobic moves and optional light hand weights.

It is designed to help you burn calories, improve fitness, strengthen your body and enjoy exercise without jumping, pressure or complicated routines.

You don’t need to be super fit or coordinated. You simply work at your own pace, follow along, and enjoy the music, movement and friendly atmosphere.
