What Is TC30?
TC30 stands for Total Core 30.
It’s a 30-minute workout focused on your full midsection — front, back and sides — including your core, lower back, glutes, hips and thighs.
The class includes floor-based exercises designed to help improve strength, stability, posture and body confidence without high-impact movement.
