I custom-create your PT experience fully to make it exactly what you need. Everyone has different goals and starts from a different point. I make sure your regimen gives you everything you would want or need.
 
2. Strength conditioning
The primary benefit of personal training is getting fit, and I pull out all the stops to get you there as effectively as possible. I recommend the ideal exercises to reach your health goal and progressively increase the weight or reps so you can feel stronger than ever.
 
3. Nutrition Planning
Nutrition is key to a life of energy and good health. I aim to help our clients make lifelong positive changes to their diet that are realistic and match their needs.

4. Form management
Maintaining good form is one of the most important parts of exercise. If your form isn’t correct, you won’t improve as quickly as you’d like, and you risk damaging your body. I will teach you proper form and constantly make sure you’re doing each exercise correctly so you can keep seeing progress in yourself.
 
5. Progress tracking
Progress is never a straight line up it’s more of a trend -- you’re going to feel some dips in your improvement once in a while. But here at Booths Fitness, I keep track of a bunch of different progress measurements for you to see your improvement in numbers, stats, and figures. I will keep you motivated by proving that you’re getting better and better.
 
6. Support & Accountability
While I do push you hard, I don’t just stand and shout at you. I'm friendly and helpful and will make your PT experience as rewarding as it can be. I will adjust your program to suit your physical capability but will still make you accountable, so you get the results you’re striving for. I'm always available via the Booths Fitness app or Whats-app for any help and support that you may need.
