What’s involved in weight management?

With both my weight gain or weight loss programs, I follow a set of principles to give you the maximum results efficiently and effectively:
 
1. Personalisation
I will tailor the program to your specific weight loss or weight gain needs. Rest assured that the program you sign up for will be the best choice for you, no matter what.
 
2. Exercise
I will introduce a set of exercises for you to do during the sessions and at home. These will be chosen with your specific level of fitness and weight goal in mind.

What else is involved in weight management?

3. Nutrition
Half of the battle with weight loss or weight gain is in the kitchen (a.k.a The nutritional side). I will advise how you can eat an healthy balanced diet and you can log and track your foods and Macros using the Booths Fitness app.
 
4. Progress tracking
With my weight loss or weight gain programs, you can keep track of your progress with ease. Nothing will motivate you more than seeing you get closer and closer to your weight goal the more you train with me.
 
5. Dedication
Weight management can be a very difficult and sensitive challenge. I'm here to guide you through the obstacles ahead of you. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, feel free to voice them whenever. I'm here to help you every step of the way.
